Invitation: 5th International iN4iN Conference “Successful Implementation of University Business Linkages”

You are warmly invited to participate in the 5th iN4iN International Conference being organised by the International SEPT Competence Center at Leipzig University. Considering the complexity of implementing University Business Linkages (UBLs), the conference will discuss the motivations and competencies of academics as well as relevant UBL mechanisms with academic partners from more than 40 countries in the iN4iN network.

In addition, it is planned to present actual UBL activities based on the AGEA Business Idea and ACCESS University of Ideas Competitions in 2021. Therefore, you are invited to celebrate the winners of both competitions which will be part of the conference.

The international speakers to discuss key aspects of UBL include: 

Dr. Balzhan Orazbayeva is the strategic initiatives manager at UINN and affiliated with the Science-to-Business Marketing Research Centre (S2BMRC) at the Münster University of Applied Sciences (MUAS) in Germany and with a PhD from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam).

Dr. Yonni Cuero Acosta is an associate professor at the School of Administration of the Universidad del Rosario. He has a PhD in the development and promotion of SMEs in emerging economies and has experience in teaching, researching and fostering SMEs.

Samuel Yaw Akomea is a Marketing and International Business lecturer at the KNUST School of Business of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi. He currently heads KNUST’s Center for Business Development as well as the Kumasi Business Incubator.

Prof. Dr. Noor Un Nabi is a tenured Professor in the Business Administration Discipline at Khulna University in Bangladesh. His teaching areas include Global Value Chain and Development, Entrepreneurship Development and Small Business Management.

Dr. Merlin Patricia Grueso is currently a tenured professor at the School of Management and a professional in Psychology at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Cali with a PhD in Social Psychology and Anthropology of Organisations from the University of Salamanca in Spain.

Gunnar Kaßberg is an expert in optimising processes in international cooperation, especially in the areas of technology transfer and the internationalisation of business models. He teaches International Marketing in SMEs in SEPT.
